GREETINGS OC 2-70!

Santa Fe, March 23-26, 2006.

CJ and Lynn Spence did a wonderful job hosting the fifth OC2-70 reunion.  We'll have photos soon, along with song lyrics(!) and more.

Listen!

We are also working to restore some of the pages that used to be on this website, including photos from Benning and prior reunions.  Stay tuned.

They did it!  Jim Cornwell, John Gidmark, Ron Linn & CJ Spence ran the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington on 10/31/04.  Check the sports pages for all the results.

The Big Easy.  Reunion IV, September 23-26, 2004 in New Orleans.  Take a look.

60th Company was part of The Candidate Brigade at the US Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, GA.  The members of the company came together from all over the country.  We were college grads, draftees, enlisted men, from all walks of life, serving at a time when the military was not an option for most American males.  We were commissioned on January 23, 1970, the second infantry officer class of the 70's.  Many of the members of the class went to Vietnam.  Some made careers in the Army; others did their two years and went on to resume civilian lives.

This web site is a way of getting back in touch after 30+ years.  This is not a place for reliving past glories. Don't look for political commentary or strategic analyses. It is a place for restoring friendships, finding memories, and perhaps reflecting on the value of an officer's education.
